We share data with trusted service providers who help run Groundery (for example, transcription, AI processing, hosting, and databases).

• Deepgram (transcription processing)
• OpenAI (AI processing)
• Google (AI processing)
• Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication and database hosting)
• Vercel (web hosting and infrastructure)

We require these providers to process data only for the purposes of providing their services to us, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We retain your Personal Information and User Content only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

For example, certain generated artifacts or media outputs may be automatically deleted after a period of time to manage storage (e.g., some original videos may be deleted after ~30 days, some rendered outputs after ~14 days, and some rendering job metadata after ~7 days).

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
